We enjoyed the beautiful mountain views and the fresh air during our new year stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room was cozy and warm, with comfortable beds that allowed us to sleep peacefully. the breakfast spread was good, with a selection of bread, cheese, and hot beverages. the ski lifts were easily accessible from the hotel and the snow activities added to the excitement of the trip. we had a fun-filled vacation with family.
We were let down by the lack of communication and organization at the hotel. the check-in process was chaotic, and we had to wait for a long time to get our rooms.

I loved staying at this hotel which offers fantastic views and has an authentic Swiss chalet-style. The hotel facilities were quite well equipped with cosy rooms and a modern shared bathroom having a great shower. The staff were helpful and wanted the best for me, providing me with a delicious breakfast with awesome bread to get ready for my day ahead. Additionally, this hotel is conveniently located right in the village centre which made it easy for me to access transportation in this city.

The Alpina Lodge in this scenic village truly captured the essence of nature and simplicity. The location is fabulous, allowing easy access to stunning hiking trails that showcase the untouched beauty of the mountains. The rooms, with their fantastic views, provide a cozy and comfortable retreat. The friendly and helpful staff added to the charm of this traditional Swiss-style wooden chalet.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and there seemed to be some miscommunication among the staff. The restaurant options were limited and the quality of the food was not consistent.
